Challenge

ATI, a global producer of high performance materials and solutions for aerospace and defense markets, rolled out new brand positioning — emphasizing innovation and next generation capabilities. Soon after, the brand was ready to uplevel its social media presence. The goal was two-fold: Deepen its connection with key stakeholders and attract a competitive workforce. All while navigating heavy-duty red tape.

Strategic Approach

We knew we needed to humanize otherwise highly-technical and specialized topics. With a creatively-driven approach, we developed content streams that spoke to the intellectual interests of the modern day scientist or subject matter expert. By using visual storytelling, we translated ATI’s complex modalities and cutting-edge technologies into easily digestible and entertaining content across LinkedIn and Instagram.

Results

In just nine months, we saw significant growth in brand awareness and affinity.

ATI talent recruiters reported that numerous candidates became interested in applying to ATI after seeing the company’s social media. The strategy also received recognition from ATI’s executive leadership and created positive discourse internally.
